I hate to alarm everyone, but I am pretty sure I have found my civil partnership dress! I’m going to ask for this gorgeous little prom dress to be made in that gorgeous vintage seafoam cotton satin. Possibly with a higher back? I have a tiffany blue petticoat to wear underneath and will probably rock it with white tights and white white flats or brown boots.
